  • Local Storage OnlyAll medical images (DICOM files) and patient data you import into the application are stored exclusively on your local device within a local database.
  • No Cloud UploadsWe do not upload, sync, or back up your patient data to any cloud server. We have technically no access to the medical data you view or store in the app.
  • Your ResponsibilitySince data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data and ensuring the security of your physical device.

We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide you with a valid software license and improve our website.

Account & License Data

When you purchase a license or register on our website, we collect:

  • First Name and Last Name
  • Email Address

This information is used solely to generate your unique license key, manage your access, and verify your purchase.

Usage Data & Crash Reports

The Dicomverse desktop application does not automatically collect crash reports or usage analytics from your local device.

Payment Information

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. We do not store or process your credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your financial data.
