Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Dicomverse desktop application and website operated by Dicomverse ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Dicomverse application.

Device LimitOne (1) license key is valid for activation on up to two (2) separate devices owned by the licensee.
RestrictionsYou may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, nor attempt to defeat the license verification mechanism.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Dicomverse is a software tool designed for viewing and processing medical images. While we strive for accuracy, software can contain errors.

The software is provided as an aid to medical professionals but is not a replacement for professional medical judgment. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their diagnosis and treatment planning. We maintain no liability for any medical decisions made based on the visualization provided by the software.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account or purchase a license, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or license.

5. Payments and Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

PricingPrices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect already purchased lifetime licenses.
RefundsRefund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's terms and our discretion. Generally, we may offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software fails to operate on your system due to technical issues that support cannot resolve.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dicomverse, nor his partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ankara.
